RAWALPINDI: A four-month old girl sustained burn injuries when fire erupted in a house located in Fauji Colony in Pirwadhai Police Station area on Saturday.
According to details, fire erupted due to gas leakage and engulfed two rooms of the house at once. The rescuers of Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122) reached there immediately and began efforts to extinguish the fire.
The rescuers succeeded in extinguishing the fire and also saved a four month child identified as Fatima Riaz.
They shifted the baby girl to the Holy Family hospital for her treatment
